However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a product different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery.

Custom-made or personalized products.

Products purchased during a sale or promotion.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

If approved, we will share return shipping details.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you regarding your refund or replacement.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped yet.
