Welcome to Hastakale’s Shipping Policy. Please read carefully to understand how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery, and more.
1. Order Processing
- For customized design 45 days time and 50% advance and minimum size is 2 feet - is required.
- No refund will be done once after customized order is cancelled.
- No return, No exchange. In case of damage only exchange will be done.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Processing time may be longer during sale periods, festivals, or peak-demand seasons.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable).
2. Shipping Methods & Costs

3. Shipping Regions / Zones
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all major cities across India.
- International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us for options.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs
- All orders will include 12% GST
- For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the shipping cost.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country. These will be collected by the courier/local postal service.
5. Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking ID.
- You can track the status using the link or the courier’s website.
- In case tracking is unavailable (depending on shipping partner), please allow up to 7–10 business days for updates to reflect.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions
- Some remote or restricted areas may have longer delivery times or may not be serviceable. If this applies, we will contact you after order placement.
- We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain regions or under certain conditions (for example, very high-risk zones).
7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost in transit or shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at [hastakale1@gmail.com] with your order ID and relevant details.
- For damaged items, please take photos of the packaging and the product, and share them with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier and offer a replacement or refund, as per our Refund/Return Policy.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Delivery time is minimum 15 days.
- You can request changes (address, product, etc.) or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order, before it is dispatched.
- Once the order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, we can guide you on returns (if applicable).
9. Holidays, Delays & Force Majeure
- Public holidays, seasonal peaks, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters) may lead to shipping delays.
- While we make all efforts to honour the estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
10. Local Pickup (if applicable)
- If you offer a local pickup option, detail where (store address), when (pickup times), and how a customer can choose pickup at checkout.
